Finally, a new blog

I had a Tumblr blog for years, and had several attempts at replatforming over the past couple of years. Last year I managed to import the whole history, then forgot to renew the Ghost subscription. This time, I'm going in from scratch, and have absolutly no expectations on posting. I'll very gradually add whatever I feel like, which might just be an about page, and might be a bunch more from drafts saved over years. Who knows. Enjoy!

Update 26th March 2024:

I tried, tried and tried to import older posts from Tumblr. It wasn't worth it, with hundreds of the original posts being essentially the modern equivilant of a twitter post, with just an image, link or recommendation. Instead, anything substantive over 100 words that isn't a long quote has been pasted manually to this blog for posterity.

There's lots I am enjoying, especially as I journey into testing AI tools, exploring open source tools, OSINT, security, privacy... a million things I am enjoying and would love to write and share. And to my surprise, there's a few subscribers that signed up to what was only a single post on this blog for many months.
