Incredible Felice Varini Illusion

I've been in France this week on a break from the studio and the internet. I wasn't planning to come online till I got back, but this video filmed with our new Flip cam (they're great) was worth sharing straight away.

In the above video, the seemingly aimless colour on the wall lines up to make circles and ellipses when you look in the mirror on the floor. By coincidence, I was on Richard Wiseman's excellent blog the night before which had a video by an artist who does this sort of thing, called Felice Varini:

Remarkable stuff. Maybe Felice actually made the installation I found.
